Service Estimates

Service estimates are provided after diagnostic assessment and represent our best professional judgment of the work required. Final costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during repair. Any additional work will be communicated to you and approved before proceeding.

Warranties

Our repairs are warranted for the period specified at the time of service. This warranty covers both parts and labor. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, power surges, or subsequent unrelated failures. Warranty claims must be reported promptly to ensure timely resolution.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments may be scheduled by phone or through our online booking system. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. An adult (18 years or older) must be present at the service address during the appointment.

Limitation of Liability
